What does the Check Policy Assignments Utility do?
The Check Policy Assignments Utility searches for policy assignments based on search criteria you provide.

1. Decide who or what you want to find. Type one query into the appropriate search field for the broadest search.
2. Select the Policy Type.
3. Click the Submit link.
4. Review the results.

The following explains the major links and components of the Check Policy Assignements Utility:

• Username - If you want to view Policies applied to a specific Username, enter the name here. In Active Directory environments, include the domain (e.g. LIGHTSPEED\rob).
• Group - If you want to view Policies applied to a specific Group, enter the group name here. In Active Directory environments, include the domain (e.g. LIGHTSPEED\tech).
• IP Address - If you want to view Policies applied to a specific IP Address or an IP Range, enter the IP or an IP in the range you seek.
• Domain - If you want to view Policies applied to an Active Directory Domain, enter the Domain name.
• Computer - If you want to view Policies applied to a Computer, enter the computer name. In Active Directory environments, include the domain (e.g. LIGHTSPEED\TTC).
• Organizational Unit - If you want to view Policies applied to an Organizational Unit, enter the OU.
• Policy Type - Use this pulldown to select the Policy Type you want to find: Content Filter, Security Agent or Tiered Administration.
