User Preferences for Spam Mail Blocker

The Spam User Preferences table, provides a common location to manage the Spam Summary Email distribution for users whose mail is being managed by the Spam Mail Blocker. Entries are automatically added to this table if the option is selected in the Properties of the Spam Mail Blocker.

From this page, the administrator can set up and edit the users' spam summary and forwarding options, monitor or modify user spam report access passwords or delete users from the spam summary reporting process.

• Click on an EDIT link to modify the information within the associated record.
• Click on the DELETE link to remove an associated Preferences record.
• Click on the 'Add to Favorites' icon at the upper right of the properties page add this dialog to your list of commonly accessed Properties pages.

The TOOLS panel includes a database SEARCH utility to assist with reviewing entries within this table and related utilities to add User or Domain records to this table.

You may enter and search upon a full or partial User name or Domain name to locate specific records or display a list of similar entries from this table.

• Click on the Add User Preferences ToolBox Item to add a new User record to the table.
• Click on the Add Domain User ToolBox Item to add a new Domain User record to the table.
