What does this report tell me?
The Unknown URLs Report details attempts to reach web sites on the Internet which are not in the Lightspeed database and therefore blocked by the Guide.

• IP Address - This column shows the IP address of the computer where the user made the blocked content attempt. Click on the IP link to review detailed reports specific to that IP address.
• User - This column shows the user’s name that made the blocked content attempt. Click on the User link to review reports specific to that User.
• Computer - This column shows the computer name on which the user made the blocked content attempt. Click on the Computer link to review reports specific to that Computer.
• URL - This column shows the domain the user attempted to reach. Click on the Domain link to review the web page in a new browser window.
• Blocked By - This column shows the reason why the Guide blocked the content. In this report, that reason is that the requested content was not in the Content Database and potentially harmful.
• Time - This column shows the time when the user attempted to reach the blocked content.
• Details - Click on the Details link to review why Lightspeed placed the domain in a specific category.
• Edit - Click on the Edit link to immediately categorize the domain in the Content Database.
