The Monitoring Alerts Report provides a display of the reported Alert activity for the local TTC Security Server as well as ALL monitored TTC servers when the local server is also functioning as the 'Monitoring Server'.

This report should be closely evaluated following an initial reporting and data gathering period.

This information should help you to identify the various Alert conditions that should be commonly reported or routinely ignored. This information can be translated into changes to the 'Monitored Items' settings of the Local Monitoring Properties, the 'Monitor Priority Rules' within the Monitoring Server Priority list and the 'Monitored Items' settings of the Remote Monitoring Properties.

• Click on a Send Command to Server link to set up a remote system command to dispatch to the associated TTC server. (online Help)
• Click on a Server Properties link to view the Remote Monitoring Properties for the associated TTC Server.
• Click on the Add to Favorites icon at the upper right of the dialog to add this report to your list of commonly accessed tools pages on the Tools Dashboard.

The TOOLS panel includes a database SEARCH utility to assist with extracting data from the database and formatting it for reports, files and print documents.

You may enter and search upon the full or partial text string for the License Key, Host Name or Result field data that you wish to match and retrieve from the database. A blank entry will return ALL available records for the report.

The Date Range and Time Range functions support data searches based upon selected dates and time. (online Help)

Toolbox utilities support exporting the selected data into a comma separated variable file (.CSV) as well as generating the report in .PDF format for printing. (online Help)
