Though flagging messages that contain suspicious content may be effective for quickly isolating and reporting suspicious message traffic, it may also be convenient to have messages flagged by Custom Keywords to track non-suspcious messages that are part of a conversational or workflow stream that needs regular reporting or documentation.
The indexing process flags these messages by comparing the Custom Keywords list the various components of each message and when matches are found, creates an appropriate customer keyword index entry for the journaled item. Subsequently, reports can be generated by searching for journaled items that have been indexed with the associated keywords.
Entries to the table can be added or removed by network administrators or other users given the required authority to review and modify this table.
